ข้อกำหนดการใช้บริการ

1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด

ข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้เป็นข้อตกลงระหว่างท่านกับ ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด ไนซ์เซ็นเตอร์ออยล์ (“ไนซ์เซ็นเตอร์ออยล์”, “เรา”) ครอบคลุมการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ nicecenter.co.th และแอปพลิเคชันภายในองค์กรของเรา ได้แก่ NCO DSR Portal และระบบบอท LINE ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (รวมเรียกว่า “บริการ”)

การเข้าใช้บริการถือว่าท่านได้อ่าน เข้าใจ และยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้แล้ว หากท่านไม่ยอมรับ กรุณางดใช้บริการ

2. ลักษณะของบริการ

เว็บไซต์สาธารณะ nicecenter.co.th มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและบริการของเรา ข้อมูลบนเว็บไซต์ไม่ถือเป็นคำเสนอที่มีผลผูกพันทางกฎหมาย ราคาและความพร้อมของสินค้าอาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า

3. บัญชีผู้ใช้และการเข้าสู่ระบบ

• การเข้าสู่ระบบใช้บัญชี Google ที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากเราเท่านั้น
• ท่านมีหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชี Google ของท่าน และรับผิดชอบต่อการกระทำทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้บัญชีนั้น
• ห้ามแชร์บัญชี ลิงก์เข้าใช้งานส่วนบุคคล หรือรหัสเข้าถึงให้ผู้อื่น ไม่ว่ากรณีใด
• หากสงสัยว่าบัญชีถูกใช้งานโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต ต้องแจ้งเราทันที

4. การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้

ท่านตกลงว่าจะใช้บริการเพื่อการปฏิบัติงานให้ไนซ์เซ็นเตอร์ออยล์เท่านั้น และจะไม่:

• บันทึกข้อมูลอันเป็นเท็จ บิดเบือน หรือจงใจทำให้ข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้อง
• เข้าถึงหรือพยายามเข้าถึงข้อมูลของเขตการขายหรือบุคคลอื่นที่ตนไม่มีสิทธิ์
• คัดลอก ส่งออก หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลลูกค้า ราคา หรือข้อมูลทางการค้าของบริษัทแก่บุคคลภายนอก
• ทำวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ เจาะระบบ ขัดขวางการทำงาน หรือใช้เครื่องมืออัตโนมัติดึงข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
• ใช้บริการเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผิดกฎหมาย หรือขัดต่อนโยบายของบริษัท

การฝ่าฝืนอาจนำไปสู่การระงับสิทธิ์การใช้งานทันที และการดำเนินการทางวินัยหรือทางกฎหมายตามความเหมาะสม

5. ความเป็นเจ้าของข้อมูลและทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

ข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่บันทึกผ่านบริการ — รวมถึงข้อมูลลูกค้า ยอดขาย หนี้ค้างชำระ เอกสารการเงิน ภาพถ่ายที่อัปโหลด และรายงานที่ระบบสร้างขึ้น — เป็นทรัพย์สินของไนซ์เซ็นเตอร์ออยล์ และถือเป็นข้อมูลความลับทางธุรกิจ

ซอฟต์แวร์ ส่วนติดต่อผู้ใช้ โลโก้ เครื่องหมายการค้า และเนื้อหาบนเว็บไซต์เป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของเราหรือของผู้ให้สิทธิ์ ห้ามทำซ้ำ ดัดแปลง หรือนำไปใช้โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

เครื่องหมายการค้าของ Castrol, Denso, NGK/Niterra, Mitsuboshi และแบรนด์อื่นที่ปรากฏ เป็นทรัพย์สินของเจ้าของเครื่องหมายนั้นๆ

6. ความเป็นส่วนตัว

การเก็บรวบรวมและใช้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเป็นไปตาม นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว ของเรา ซึ่งถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้

7. บริการของบุคคลภายนอก

บริการของเราทำงานร่วมกับบริการภายนอก เช่น Google Workspace และ Google Apps Script, LINE, ผู้ให้บริการตรวจสอบสลิปการโอนเงิน และผู้ให้บริการโฮสติ้ง การใช้งานส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องอยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของผู้ให้บริการรายนั้นด้วย เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อการหยุดชะงัก การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข หรือความเสียหายอันเกิดจากบริการของบุคคลภายนอก

8. ความพร้อมใช้งานของบริการ

เราให้บริการ “ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่” โดยไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะทำงานต่อเนื่องไม่หยุดชะงัก ปราศจากข้อผิดพลาด หรือข้อมูลจะถูกต้องสมบูรณ์ตลอดเวลา เราอาจปรับปรุง แก้ไข ระงับ หรือยุติบริการบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมดได้ตลอดเวลา โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าตามสมควรเมื่อทำได้

ตัวเลขและรายงานที่ระบบแสดงเป็นข้อมูลประกอบการทำงาน ไม่ใช่เอกสารทางบัญชีที่ผ่านการรับรอง การปิดยอดอย่างเป็นทางการยึดตามเอกสารของฝ่ายบัญชีเป็นสำคัญ

9. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต ไนซ์เซ็นเตอร์ออยล์ไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายสืบเนื่อง การสูญเสียโอกาสทางธุรกิจ หรือการสูญหายของข้อมูล อันเกิดจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้บริการได้

10. การระงับและยุติสิทธิ์การใช้งาน

เราสงวนสิทธิ์ระงับหรือยกเลิกสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงของผู้ใช้ได้ทันทีโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า ในกรณีที่พ้นสภาพการเป็นพนักงาน มีการฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนด หรือมีเหตุอันควรสงสัยด้านความปลอดภัย

เมื่อสิทธิ์สิ้นสุดลง ข้อผูกพันเรื่องความลับทางธุรกิจและความเป็นเจ้าของข้อมูลในข้อ 5 ยังคงมีผลต่อไป

11. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด

เราอาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้เป็นครั้งคราว การแก้ไขมีผลเมื่อเผยแพร่บนหน้านี้ การใช้บริการต่อไปหลังการเผยแพร่ถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดที่แก้ไขแล้ว

12. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับของกฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ข้อพิพาทที่เกิดขึ้นให้อยู่ในเขตอำนาจของศาลไทย

13. ติดต่อเรา

Terms of Service (English)

Effective 14 September 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and Nice Center Oil Limited Partnership (“Nice Center Oil”, “we”) covering the website nicecenter.co.th and our internal applications, principally NCO DSR Portal and its associated LINE bots (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these terms.

Nature of the Service

Our public website is informational. Content on it does not constitute a binding offer; prices and availability may change without notice.

Accounts and sign-in

Sign-in uses a Google account authorised by us. You are responsible for securing your Google account and for all activity under it. Sharing accounts, personal access links, or access tokens is prohibited. Report any suspected unauthorised use immediately.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service solely for your work for Nice Center Oil, and not to: enter false or deliberately inaccurate data; access data belonging to other sales zones or persons without authorisation; copy, export, or disclose customer, pricing, or commercial data to third parties; reverse engineer, penetrate, disrupt, or scrape the Service; or use it for any unlawful purpose. Breach may result in immediate suspension and disciplinary or legal action.

Data ownership and intellectual property

All data recorded through the Service — customer records, sales, receivables, financial documents, uploaded photographs, and generated reports — is the property of Nice Center Oil and is treated as confidential business information. The software, interface, logos, and site content are our intellectual property or that of our licensors and may not be reproduced or adapted without written permission. Castrol, Denso, NGK/Niterra, Mitsuboshi and other marks shown belong to their respective owners.

Privacy

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Google Workspace and Apps Script, LINE, a payment-slip verification provider, and hosting providers. Your use of those components is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages, term changes, or damages arising from third-party services.

Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be complete at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, giving reasonable notice where practicable. Figures and reports shown are working aids, not certified accounting records; official period closes rely on documents issued by our accounting function.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nice Center Oil is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data arising from use of or inability to use the Service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately and without notice where employment ends, these terms are breached, or there is a reasonable security concern. Confidentiality and data ownership obligations survive termination.

Changes, governing law and contact

We may revise these terms from time to time; revisions take effect when posted here, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
