1. ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูล

ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด ไนซ์เซ็นเตอร์ออยล์ (“ไนซ์เซ็นเตอร์ออยล์”, “เรา”) เป็นผู้จัดจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์หล่อลื่นและอะไหล่ยานยนต์ที่ได้รับแต่งตั้ง ดำเนินกิจการในพื้นที่ 6 จังหวัดภาคกลางของประเทศไทย

นโยบายฉบับนี้อธิบายวิธีที่เราเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ เปิดเผย และรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ทั้งในส่วนของเว็บไซต์สาธารณะ nicecenter.co.th และแอปพลิเคชันภายในองค์กรของเรา ได้แก่ NCO DSR Portal และระบบบอท LINE ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. ขอบเขตการใช้งาน

NCO DSR Portal เป็นเครื่องมือภายในองค์กร ไม่ได้เปิดให้บุคคลทั่วไปใช้งาน ผู้ใช้งานจำกัดเฉพาะพนักงานขายภาคสนาม (DSR) และเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากไนซ์เซ็นเตอร์ออยล์เท่านั้น

ส่วนเว็บไซต์สาธารณะ nicecenter.co.th เป็นเว็บไซต์ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและบริการ ไม่มีระบบสมาชิกและไม่มีการเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากผู้เข้าชมทั่วไป นอกเหนือจากข้อมูลสถิติการเข้าชมโดยไม่ระบุตัวตน

3. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

3.1 ข้อมูลบัญชี Google ของผู้ใช้งาน

เมื่อพนักงานเข้าสู่ระบบ NCO DSR Portal ด้วยบัญชี Google เราจะได้รับ:

• ที่อยู่อีเมล — ใช้ยืนยันตัวตนและตรวจสอบสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงกับรายชื่อพนักงานที่ได้รับอนุญาต
• ชื่อที่แสดงและรูปโปรไฟล์พื้นฐาน — ใช้แสดงผลภายในแอปเท่านั้น

เราไม่ได้รับและไม่จัดเก็บรหัสผ่านบัญชี Google ของท่านในทุกกรณี

3.2 ข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงานที่พนักงานบันทึกเข้าระบบ

• เลขไมล์รถและภาพถ่ายหน้าปัดเลขไมล์
• ภาพถ่ายสลิปการโอนเงินและข้อมูลการรับชำระจากลูกค้า
• รายการเงินสด เช็ค เงินโอน ค่าใช้จ่าย และค่าน้ำมัน
• ข้อมูลลูกหนี้ ยอดค้างชำระ และประวัติการสั่งซื้อของร้านค้า
• ข้อมูลทะเบียนรถ วันครบกำหนดภาษีและประกันภัย
• บันทึกการใช้งานระบบ (เวลา ผู้ใช้ และการกระทำ) เพื่อการตรวจสอบย้อนหลัง

ข้อมูลเหล่านี้เป็นข้อมูลการดำเนินธุรกิจของไนซ์เซ็นเตอร์ออยล์ และอาจมีข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกค้าซึ่งเป็นนิติบุคคลหรือร้านค้าคู่ค้าของเรา

3.3 ข้อมูลผู้เข้าชมเว็บไซต์

เว็บไซต์ nicecenter.co.th ใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์การใช้งาน 2 รายการ เพื่อปรับปรุงเว็บไซต์ให้ใช้งานง่ายขึ้น โดยเครื่องมือเหล่านี้ใช้คุกกี้หรือเทคโนโลยีที่คล้ายกัน

• Google Analytics 4 — สถิติการเข้าชม เช่น จำนวนผู้เข้าชม หน้าที่เปิดดู แหล่งที่มาของการเข้าชม จังหวัดหรือเมืองโดยประมาณ ประเภทอุปกรณ์ และการกดปุ่มติดต่อ (โทร LINE แผนที่)
• Microsoft Clarity — แผนที่ความร้อน (heatmap) และการบันทึกการเลื่อน คลิก และการเคลื่อนไหวบนหน้าเว็บ เพื่อดูว่าส่วนใดใช้งานยากหรือไม่ชัดเจน

ข้อมูลเหล่านี้ไม่รวมชื่อ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ หรืออีเมลของผู้เข้าชม เราไม่ใช้ข้อมูลนี้เพื่อระบุตัวบุคคล และไม่นำไปใช้ยิงโฆษณา ท่านสามารถปฏิเสธหรือลบคุกกี้ได้ผ่านการตั้งค่าเบราว์เซอร์ หรือติดตั้ง Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on ทั้งนี้ Microsoft ประมวลผลข้อมูลตาม Microsoft Privacy Statement และ Google ตาม Google Privacy Policy

4. สิทธิ์การเข้าถึง Google (OAuth Scopes)

NCO DSR Portal ทำงานบนแพลตฟอร์ม Google Apps Script และขอสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงาน ดังนี้

สิทธิ์เหล่านี้ถูกใช้เฉพาะกับไฟล์และข้อมูลของไนซ์เซ็นเตอร์ออยล์เท่านั้น เราไม่เข้าถึง อ่าน หรือแก้ไขไฟล์ส่วนตัวใน Google Drive ของผู้ใช้งานที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบ

5. การใช้ข้อมูลอย่างจำกัด (Limited Use)

โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง เราไม่ดำเนินการดังต่อไปนี้กับข้อมูลที่ได้รับจาก Google APIs:

• ไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า และไม่แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลกับบุคคลภายนอก
• ไม่ใช้เพื่อการโฆษณาใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น
• ไม่ใช้เพื่อฝึกสอนหรือปรับปรุงโมเดลปัญญาประดิษฐ์ทั่วไป
• ไม่อนุญาตให้บุคคลอ่านข้อมูล เว้นแต่ได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ใช้ เพื่อความปลอดภัยของระบบ เพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย หรือเป็นข้อมูลที่ผ่านการรวมและไม่ระบุตัวตนแล้ว

6. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้ข้อมูล

• ยืนยันตัวตนและควบคุมสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงระบบ
• บันทึกและสรุปผลการปฏิบัติงานของทีมขายภาคสนาม
• คำนวณค่าคอมมิชชัน ค่าเดินทาง และรายการหักต่างๆ
• ติดตามยอดหนี้ค้างชำระและการรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้า
• จัดทำรายงานและเอกสารประกอบการปิดยอดประจำสัปดาห์
• แจ้งเตือนเรื่องการดูแลรักษารถและกำหนดวันครบอายุเอกสาร
• ตรวจสอบย้อนหลังเพื่อความถูกต้องของข้อมูลทางบัญชี

7. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่บุคคลภายนอก

เราไม่ขายและไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการตลาด เราใช้บริการผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลภายนอกเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการทำงานของระบบ ได้แก่

• Google (Google Workspace, Apps Script, Cloud Vision) — โครงสร้างพื้นฐานของระบบและการอ่านข้อความจากภาพถ่ายเลขไมล์
• LINE — ช่องทางรับส่งข้อความและแจ้งเตือนกับพนักงาน
• ผู้ให้บริการตรวจสอบสลิปการโอนเงิน — ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของสลิปที่พนักงานส่งเข้าระบบ
• ผู้ให้บริการฐานข้อมูลและโฮสติ้ง — จัดเก็บข้อมูลสำรองและให้บริการเว็บไซต์
• Google Analytics และ Microsoft Clarity — วิเคราะห์การใช้งานเว็บไซต์สาธารณะ (ดูข้อ 3.3)

นอกจากนี้ เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเมื่อมีหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย คำสั่งศาล หรือคำสั่งของหน่วยงานรัฐที่มีอำนาจ

8. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษาข้อมูล

เราเก็บรักษาข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงานและเอกสารทางบัญชีไว้ตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายไทยกำหนด และเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการดำเนินธุรกิจ ข้อมูลบัญชีผู้ใช้จะถูกระงับสิทธิ์ทันทีเมื่อพนักงานพ้นสภาพ และข้อมูลที่ไม่จำเป็นต้องเก็บตามกฎหมายจะถูกลบหรือทำให้ไม่ระบุตัวตน

9. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

• เข้าสู่ระบบผ่าน Google OAuth เท่านั้น ไม่มีการเก็บรหัสผ่านในระบบของเรา
• จำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงตามบทบาทหน้าที่ พนักงานขายเห็นเฉพาะข้อมูลเขตของตนเอง
• ข้อมูลรับส่งผ่านการเข้ารหัส HTTPS ทั้งหมด
• มีการบันทึกประวัติการใช้งานเพื่อตรวจสอบย้อนหลัง

10. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล

ภายใต้พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) ท่านมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง ขอสำเนา ขอแก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง ขอลบ ขอระงับการใช้ คัดค้านการประมวลผล และขอถอนความยินยอม โดยติดต่อเราตามช่องทางในข้อ 12

การเพิกถอนสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงบัญชี Google: ท่านสามารถยกเลิกสิทธิ์ที่ให้ไว้กับ NCO DSR Portal ได้ตลอดเวลาที่ myaccount.google.com/permissions โดยการเพิกถอนจะทำให้ไม่สามารถใช้งานระบบต่อได้

11. ผู้เยาว์

ระบบภายในของเราใช้งานโดยพนักงานที่บรรลุนิติภาวะแล้วเท่านั้น เราไม่เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้เยาว์โดยเจตนา

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายฉบับนี้เป็นครั้งคราว การเปลี่ยนแปลงจะมีผลเมื่อเผยแพร่บนหน้านี้ พร้อมระบุวันที่ปรับปรุงล่าสุดไว้ด้านบน หากเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงสาระสำคัญ เราจะแจ้งให้ผู้ใช้งานทราบผ่านช่องทางภายในองค์กร

Privacy Policy (English)

Effective 14 September 2026. Nice Center Oil Limited Partnership (“Nice Center Oil”, “we”) is an authorised distributor of lubricants and automotive parts operating across six provinces in central Thailand. This policy covers our public website nicecenter.co.th and our internal applications, principally NCO DSR Portal and its associated LINE bots.

Scope

NCO DSR Portal is an internal business tool. It is not offered to the general public; access is limited to field sales representatives and administrative staff authorised by Nice Center Oil.

Information we collect

• Google account data: your email address and basic profile name, used solely to authenticate you and check you against our authorised staff list. We never receive or store your Google password.
• Operational data entered by staff: odometer readings and photographs, payment slip images, cash/cheque/transfer records, expenses and fuel entries, customer receivables and purchase history, vehicle registration and expiry dates, and system audit logs.
• Website analytics: our public site nicecenter.co.th uses Google Analytics 4 (visit statistics, approximate location, device type, and clicks on contact buttons) and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and recordings of scrolling, clicks and mouse movement). Both use cookies or similar technologies. We do not collect names, phone numbers or email addresses through them and do not use them for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Google OAuth scopes and why we need them

• userinfo.email — authenticate the user and verify authorisation.
• spreadsheets — read and write operational records in company-owned spreadsheets, which serve as the system database.
• drive — create and store PDF cover sheets and weekly reports inside company-owned folders only.
• script.external_request — call required external services such as slip verification and LINE notifications.
• script.scriptapp — schedule automated jobs such as the daily unpaid-bill sync.
• script.send_mail — send vehicle maintenance alerts and work summaries to relevant staff.

These permissions are exercised only against files and data belonging to Nice Center Oil. We do not access, read, or modify a user’s unrelated personal Google Drive files.

Limited Use disclosure

Specifically, we do not sell, rent or trade this data; we do not use it for advertising; we do not use it to train generalised AI models; and we do not allow humans to read it except with the user’s consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the data is aggregated and anonymised.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. We use processors strictly as needed to operate the system: Google (Workspace, Apps Script, Cloud Vision), LINE, a payment-slip verification provider, database/hosting providers, and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for public-website analytics. We may disclose information where required by Thai law, court order, or lawful request from a competent authority.

Retention and security

Operational and accounting records are retained for the periods required by Thai law and as needed for our business. Access is revoked immediately when a staff member leaves. Authentication is via Google OAuth only, access is role-restricted, all traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, and system activity is logged for audit.

Your rights

Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), you may request access, a copy, correction, erasure, restriction, objection to processing, or withdrawal of consent by contacting us below. You may revoke this application’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; doing so will end your ability to use the system.

Children

Our internal systems are used only by adult employees. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
